DIAMANT DEMERARA Standard Cane Sugar is unrefined cane sugar. It owes its golden-brown colour and flavour to the molasses contained in it. Thick crystals work well as a sprinkle and decoration for cakes and desserts, breakfast cereals. Aromatic taste and flavour allow to prepare unique recipes. We are able to supply crystals of high granulation which are perfect for the cosmetic industry. The product does not contain artificial colourings or preservatives.
