GENERAL INFORMATION

DIAMANT’s range of segregated sugars includes fractions in the 0.15-3.14 mm granulation range developed to meet individual customer requirements. The main applications are homogeneous dry mixtures (e.g. spices, instant type products, dry dietary supplements, medicines) and decorations of confectionery products (e.g. cakes, jellies). Recommended for production processes where it is important to obtain a homogeneous mixture that does not delaminate.

DIAMANT W300 Segregated Sugar

DIAMANT W300 Segregated Sugar is a fine segregated white sugar with a predominant granulation (minimum 85 %) in the range of 0.15 – 0.3 mm.

Recommended for: flakes, dragées, tablets, powdered lemonade, pharmaceutical products, dairy products.

DIAMANT W400 Segregated Sugar is a fine segregated white sugar with a predominant granulation in the range of 0.2 – 0.4 mm.

Recommended for: ice cream powder, tablets, jellies, dairy products.

DIAMANT W500 Segregated Sugar is a fine segregated white sugar with a predominant granulation in the range of 0.2 – 0.5 mm (minimum 85%).

DIAMANT W1250 Segregated Sugar is a segregated white sugar with a predominant granulation in the range of 0.8 – 1.25 mm (minimum 90%).
